At Novium Clinic, we offer a variety of Wellbeing Plans to provide comprehensive medical care for our elderly patients. Each plan is tailored to meet different levels of care, delivered by our dedicated team of private GPs and nurses. Plans are priced per person per week, ensuring you can find the right level of support for your loved one.

Each plan includes scheduled visits from our medical professionals, designed to meet the specific needs of each resident. All visits are guaranteed and will be arranged in advance.
Enhancing A Plan
We also offer additional services through our “Plus” and “Double Plus” Extras. These enhancements can be added to any of the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Plans for more personalized care:
- Plus Extra: Adds additional services to your selected plan.
- Double Plus Extra: Further enhances the Plus Extra, providing even more comprehensive support. Please note that the Double Plus Extra can only be selected if Plus Extra is already chosen.
Enrollment and Payment
Services commence 1-2 weeks after payment is processed via online payment, bank transfer, or Direct Debit, and continue for 2 weeks after the final payment is made.

Fee: £90 per week per Resident
Includes:
- General Practitioner (Doctor) visit (20-30 min per visit) every 2 weeks, plus 2 short follow up visits per month
- Senior nurse visit every 2 weeks (20-30 min per visit)
- Occupational therapist visit twice per year (minimum)
- Dietitian visit and review (annually)
- Advice telephone help number (09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri)
- Non-urgent online advice service (24/7)
- Full communication with staff and families
- Thorough documentation of each visit

Fee: £108 per week per Resident

Included in all Plans:
Urine testing (for infection), ECGs, and minor blood tests (blood sugar, ketones, etc), observations, thorough documentation and communication/telephone calls/letters to NHS GPs, families and other professionals, if indicated.
Extras
Blood tests
There is a £40 phlebotomy charge for each blood taking procedure done at your location. The cost of individual tests varies and will be charged in addition to the phlebotomy charge.
Not available
X-rays, ultrasound scans, and other imaging are not included in any of the Plans. However, our doctors will request X-rays and other scans if indicated (for an extra fee), or will communicate the need for such tests to the patient’s NHS GP.
