Thank you for joining the Novium Clinic Membership Plan. Plan details are included below. Please note that you can log in to your Membership Page and book appointments free of charge by using the links below. 1. Rescheduling - can only happen more than 24 hours before appointment start time. There is no guarantee that you will be able to reschedule to your new desired date and time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before appointment start time is not possible at this time.
2. Cancelling - You can cancel an appointment more than 24 hours before appointment start time. Cancelling less than 24 hours before appointment start time is not possible at this time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before appointment start time, or do not attend, the time slot will be counted towards the total number of possible appointments under your Plan.

The Silver Plan includes:

• 6 clinic visits (30 min each) per year (or a combination of visits and telephone/video consultations)
• priority for same day or next day appointments
• convenient day and evening hours
• 6 follow ups via telephone or video (within 7 days of each visit)
• 1 wellness check (60 min) per year - adults only (includes ECG, basic blood tests (too be announced), fitness and nutrition discussion, mental health discussion)
• no charge phlebotomy procedures (cost of lab tests and couriers extra)
• no charge for additional prescriptions
• no charge for external test result reviews
• no charge for referral letters
• no charge for sick note extensions
• no charge for printed documents
• 20% discounts for visiting family members for clinic appointments and fees
