Thank you for booking an appointment with the Novium Clinic. A confirmation e-mail was sent to the account associated with the original appointment booking. A version translated into Polish is included in your confirmation e-mail. You will also receive further confirmations, as listed below:
- Reminder e-mail 26 hours before your appointment
- Reminder e-mail 6 hours before your appointment
- Reminder SMS/text message 2 hours before your appointment
Please remember to bring one valid government issued ID (identification document), when you arrive for your visit. It must contain your photograph. This will be checked to verify your identity, as per Company policy. The ID can be a passport, a driving license, an armed forces ID, or similar.
To cancel your appointment, please use the link in the confirmation e-mail.
If you choose to cancel, you will be refunded as follows:
- More than 24 hours before appointment start time: 95% of the fee.
- Less than 24 hours before appointment start time: No refund.
Refunds well be issued within 7-14 days after the cancellation. We apologize, but we cannot issue them sooner due to constraints imposed on us by our transaction system.
Please also note that if you wish to reschedule your appointment, you will incur a £25 rescheduling fee in addition to a full appointment fee (which you have already paid), if you reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This fee will be payable in person at the clinic location, or will be invoiced to you. Failure to pay this fee will result in your inability to book further appointments.
We apologize, but it is not possible to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of start time.
